about

A somber reptile viewpoint. You probably won't get it unless you're got some wear and tear on your soul.... and believe in the Holy Bible's God.

- It's not a common viewpoint, especially since when I mention it sounds so grim, but seriously; how many of us have struggled FOR YEARS to become or be someone other than what we are, a version of ourselves we wish we could be - only to find ourselves, just as we are - not there (if you're there I don't know how you found me, I'm not there!)

- I would be fool to pronounce in my ego that I am where I am of my own mite, no - this was chosen from on high.

I stripped out the guitars and bass, just my voice and my 404, crying out in the wilderness - not from the Pitchfork stage this weekend in Chicago, but from my ever ready space; 322, in the fair city of Atlanta.

- I could entertain the notion that someday this will matter, but is that not as Proverbs say, chasing a fantasy? Yet what it is the alternative, getting fresh IT certs to make more playdough? I'll stick to my guns, do what I have to do to keep making music, maybe God, maybe, he'll let me see the good fruit of my efforts before my skin sags and I am an old man unable to enjoy the rewards.

lyrics

We're all just props
Someone else choose our fate
If you read you'll know
For the bible tells me so
